p0k0 Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between p0k0 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the p0k0 platform at https://p0k0.io and all associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating a p0k0 account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific provision expressly states otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a p0k0 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p0k0 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• You must not be a current or former employee of p0k0, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless written authorisation from p0k0 management has been granted.
• You must not be self-excluded or have an active exclusion from any other gaming platform operated or licensed by the same group as p0k0.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by local law.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at any time. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts — whether under the same or different registration details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed without notice, all bonus winnings being voided, and any real-money balances in duplicate accounts being subject to review before release.

Identity Verification (KYC): p0k0 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of a player's relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

03 Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p0k0 account credentials, including your username and password. p0k0 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-step mobile verification (2SV) where available in your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify p0k0 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

p0k0 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from p0k0 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All transactions conducted through your account whilst your credentials have not been reported as compromised will be treated as authorised by you. p0k0 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

p0k0 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and selected debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) where available. The available payment methods displayed in your account at the time of deposit represent the current accepted options and may change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, however, large deposits may trigger enhanced due-diligence procedures in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your p0k0 wallet within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Processing times may vary during periods of high platform traffic or where the payment processor experiences technical delays. p0k0 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity and not for the purpose of currency conversion, money transfer, or any other financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming entertainment. p0k0 reserves the right to reverse deposits that appear to be made for purposes other than gaming.

05 Withdrawals

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned exclusively to the same payment method and account used to make the qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with our payment processors' terms of service. p0k0 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted during weekends or public holidays in Bangladesh may be subject to a slightly extended processing window. Once processed by p0k0, funds typically arrive in your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet within minutes, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete and approved.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• You must have made at least one qualifying deposit that has been used for genuine gaming activity prior to requesting a withdrawal.
• Your account must not be under active investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

p0k0 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within a rolling 7-day period. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 5 business days. Players will be notified promptly if their withdrawal is subject to such a review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

p0k0 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to: first-deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Terms: The following conditions apply to all p0k0 bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms (for example, "30x wagering on bonus amount").
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%) or not at all. Contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• p0k0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably determines that the promotion is being abused or where regulatory or business requirements necessitate a change.
• Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, or who engage in any form of bonus abuse, will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the p0k0 Platform are governed by individual game rules supplied by the respective game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and by the general betting rules published in the p0k0 sportsbook. In the event of any conflict between a provider's stated rules and these Terms, the more specific rule applicable to the individual game or market shall govern.

Error Resolution: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing error in any game or betting market, p0k0 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Wins obtained as a direct result of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake do not represent valid wins and will not be honoured.

Voided Bets: A bet may be voided under the following circumstances: technical failure of the game or market; event cancellation or abandonment; discovery that the event result had already been determined at the time the bet was accepted; or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Maximum Win Limits: p0k0 applies maximum win limits per game session and per single bet. Specific limits are published in the relevant game's information panel. Where a game outcome would produce a win exceeding the applicable maximum, the win will be capped at the published limit and the excess will not be paid.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p0k0 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, or attempting to use the Platform as a mechanism for currency conversion unrelated to genuine gaming.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through cooperation.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting systems, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for any deposit made to p0k0 without first raising the matter with p0k0 support. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Hacking or Tampering: Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or data, including attempting to manipulate RNG outcomes.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between p0k0 and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as "arbing".
• Under-Age Access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting or facilitating a minor in accessing the Platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

p0k0 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to its players. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible directly from every registered account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit can be decreased immediately; requests to increase a limit will take effect only after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts to notify them when a gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may activate a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing harm may apply for indefinite self-exclusion. A self-excluded account cannot be re-activated for a minimum of 6 months. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Players suspected of being under 21 will have their accounts suspended pending satisfactory age verification. p0k0 encourages parents and guardians to make use of publicly available parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming content.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the p0k0 Platform, including but not limited to the p0k0 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of p0k0 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; create derivative works from Platform materials; use the p0k0 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any commercial context; or reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

Game content (including graphics, audio, and mechanics) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider studios and is licensed to p0k0 for display on the Platform. All rights are reserved.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p0k0 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected profits resulting from technical errors, game malfunctions, or connectivity interruptions beyond p0k0's direct control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture resulting from terms violations.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and others).
• Loss of data, account access, or stored value resulting from unauthorised third-party access where such access occurred because you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any harm resulting from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

p0k0's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit p0k0's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

p0k0 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, p0k0 collects personal data for the purposes of: account administration and identity verification; processing deposits and withdrawals; complying with anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations; communicating with you regarding your account, bonuses, and platform updates; and improving the Platform based on aggregated usage analytics.

p0k0 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers directly necessary for Platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) and where required by law. Full details of data handling practices, retention periods, and your data rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p0k0 holds its offshore gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

Nothing in this clause prevents p0k0 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is appropriate to protect p0k0's intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm.

Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to local laws and regulations, and that it is their personal responsibility to ensure compliance with any such laws. p0k0 makes no representation that its services are lawful in Bangladesh or in any other specific jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

p0k0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it affects player rights, payout procedures, account eligibility criteria, or bonus terms in a significant way — p0k0 will notify registered players by email or on-platform notification at least 14 calendar days before the change takes effect.

Non-material amendments (including corrections to typographical errors, formatting updates, and clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be implemented without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or bonus calculation, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be investigated. p0k0 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a final resolution within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with p0k0's support team, the dispute shall be escalated for independent review in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of the jurisdiction governing this Agreement. p0k0 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with these Terms.
